A half mask for use when routing, for industrial and construction work, DIY and various other trades. Supplied with two P2 filters. Large surface area filter prolongs filter life and reduces respiratory distress. P2 electrostatic filter has approximately life of ten times that of average disposable facemask. The P2 micro filter provides protection to the user against hazardous and toxic dust particles, metal fumes and mist to classification P2 (this includes the lower classification of P1) in accordance to BS EN143. Provides protection to 0.3 microns. Can be used with MDF. Offers considerable savings over 1-2 months when compared to more traditional disposable facemasks. Filter change very simple. An active charcoal nuisance odour pre-filter fits easily in AIRACE over the P2 filter. Approved to European Standard BS EN140. CE marked CE 0403. Approved to USA standard NIOSH TC 84A0197. An accessory clip on visor provides medium protection against high-speed particles (120m/s) in accordance with European Optical Protection Standards EN166, 167 and 168. CE marked 2,B. (Equivalent to grade 1 BS2092).
